		My name is Steve Balliet ... I have been a part - time webmaster for several years now, and have learned how to do VERY good search engine optimization work. If you do the basic SEO work, and implement the principles by which ALL search engines work, you will have continually adequate ( and sometimes shockingly GOOD ) results on search engine queries regarding your business, and even personal, websites. Forget monthly payments for "regular evaluation (site improvements) and submissions" ... forget HIGH initial fees. And ANY ongoing fees or contracts. If you need to deal with a big company to feel "good", so be it. The BEST improvements in SEO results will be evident in roughly 4 -6 weeks AFTER the work is completed. This is how long it takes the SE spiders to re-crawl and index your site. Every new word, or change, affects your sites "search engine relevance" the NEXT time the robots "crawl your site". My experience is that this happens monthly. YOUR SITE WILL NOT BE RUINED !!! : ) I have significant webmaster skills, over a number of years, and will perform the SEO work without any "danger" to your site. Any significant changes to your website will only be done after discussion, and with your full awareness and permission. I will improve things regularly, if needed, for about 3 months. For me to do the work, I need FTP access to your site ... make sure your hosting company provides this. Positives : If you designed, and manage, your site yourself it is actually EASIER for me to do my work in most cases. Except for the template driven "free site" programs out there. And in that case, you can do it yourself, with the information I provide you. The cost of the typical SEO service I offer is $295.00, paid in advance, after our initial discussions. You needn't worry about being ripped off or cheated ... I answer to a greater authority than you, or I. Cheating, stealing, misleading, misinforming, insincerity, etc. are NOT the things I do. Let me repeat ... you needn't be scared, or allow continued poor SE presence because you don't understand, or have heard horrible tales of rip-offs and poor quality service. I simply copy your pictures, optimize them, add a suffix to tell you they are optimized, and return them by email. You simply replace the old pics with the new ones. Of course, I can do this for you, if you prefer. This is usually a simple process, but occasionally, if you have links TO or FROM certain pics, then the links have to be directed to the new file name.
