I receive
quite a few inquiries from folks out of this area. It's become
obvious to me that I can be of help by phone or email, and I enjoy
this. It's easy to offer a great deal of training help, and to
communicate the principles I believe in, and have success
with. The only limitation is the lack of personal observation of
you and your dog's "home life". I prefer training in
the home, for that reason. With this in mind, I take care to be
"generic" when necessary, but the training principles
that most folks need to be taught are universal, and always
valuable. I do try to get as much knowledge of your specific
situation as possible. You'll quickly see this !
I'll personally address your questions, problems, etc.
by phone or email. In your first email, or
phone call, I'll want to know a lot about your dog, your family,
your environment, etc. We can work together by phone or email, whichever you are most comfortable with. I like the phone, as
it's more "direct". Phone calls will be the customers'
responsibility.
How it works

First, I'd like to speak with you by phone,
if possible, to learn
about your situation, your family, your dog, etc. I take notes on this
info.

If you choose, I will also send you a "Dog Training
That Works - Principles/Overview", which is alone worth the cost of this
service. It is a compilation of what I feel to be the most important
training & psychology issues, typical owner mistakes, etc. You can see
information on, or purchase this printed information separately HERE

You start learning & following the principles,
suggestions, etc. E-mail, or call with your questions, problems, etc.,
and I will respond. I will tell you the
best times to reach me by phone, for your convenience, and ease in contacting me.

The process continues for 30 days, according to the guidelines you read here, for the "E-Mail & Phone Training
Support" service. I will be reasonable and fair with you, and expect
the same.

I will be honest with you, consider you and
your dog's best interest, and do my best to help you solve your problems,
answer your questions, etc. The information you will receive is what I
base my whole dog training business upon.

The cost
E-mail & phone training support is offered
on a monthly basis.
For 30 days, I will give you as much help as possible within
the guidelines stated here. I've found that a couple of exchanges
a week is usually all folks need, or want. Sometimes only one.
You will get much information to work with !
The charge for E-Mail / Phone Support for 30 days is only $149.99.
If you care to receive my printed training material also,
the total cost is $164.98, saving you $15 off the cost of
these "off-site" services separately. Either way, it's the cost of
about 3 individual training sessions, if you were close to
my location. I spend about an
hour, or more on a detailed email reply, and often spend an
hour and a half during a phone session. In just two or three
answers
/ consultations you have received your money's worth. You
have 2 exchanges a week available to you, if you choose. I believe
the money you spend on these items will be of life-long value to you. I am experienced in this type of
e-mail communication, as a teacher, and of course, as a dog trainer.
