Terms of Agreement
For Puppy Training Classes :

ALL dogs must be current on shots, worming, etc. Vet
receipt required. NO exceptions.

Depending upon class location, owner signing a waiver
of liability form may be required.

Sign-Up requested 15 days before classes begin;
Payment must accompany sign-up form.

If your sign-up form, and payment, are later than
requested above, you may be placed in next class.

NO sign-up forms, or payments are accepted at the time
of classes.

No more than 2 people per dog, please.

If your requested class time is full, or unavailable for
any reason, you will be placed in next class.

No refunds, in whole or part, for any reason.

Trainer reserves the right to request you leave the
classes. No refunds will
be given !
